The yarn/colour combo I want is not in stock, when will it be?
It's very difficult to say! I'm a small business, so I can't afford keeping everything I want in stock! The best thing to do is to sign up for my newsletter to make sure you're kept in the loop about shop updates and pre orders!
Do you smoke/have pets?
I don't smoke, but I do have two cats! All the yarn is locked up far away from them, but obviously if you are severely allergic I can't guarantee my yarn to be completely fur free!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I do! If you go to check out you can see how much shipping will be, which depends on weight and country.
Do I have to pay import duty?
This depends on the country you're in, but unless you're in the UK the answer is most likely yes. The same applies for the EU unfortunately.
Do you offer wholesale?
If you have a yarn shop - drop me an email and we'll chat! But the short answer is, yes!
